Customer Experience Systems Senior Associate

📋 Description

• Analyze and develop systems/workflows to ensure CRM tools are accessible and effective for internal
• Manage CRM data, data migration, and integrations to maintain seamless workflows
• Define and implement maintenance procedures for efficient database design
• Collaborate across CX teams to validate tooling improvements and monitor CRM data quality
• Track business value and risk for CRM initiatives and communicate findings to stakeholders
• Deliver regular CRM-related reports and dashboards

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, or related field (or foreign equivalent)
• 2 years of related experience
• 2 years with Salesforce Service Cloud, HubSpot, or other CRM platforms
• 2 years designing CRM-related reports and dashboards
• Experience developing process optimization methods for CRM workflows
• 2 years coordinating tooling improvements across teams
