📋 Description

• Define and manage implementation program for SMB clients
• Own end-to-end implementation and training for software
• Set client and internal expectations; coordinate with teams
• Communicate progress with Account Execs and CS teams
• Handle high-severity requests or escalations when needed
• Collaborate in cross-functional groups to improve tools/products

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in customer-facing SaaS onboarding/implementation
• Payroll experience with US payroll preferred
• Strong spreadsheet/database skills; quick learner
• Excellent verbal/written communication; able to explain concepts
• Entrepreneurial, tech-savvy; long-term startup alignment
• Willingness for occasional in-person meetings in Metro Manila
