  • 8+ years in Customer Retention, Loyalty, CRM, or Lifecycle Marketing.
  • Experience in Travel, E-commerce, Fintech, or Digital Platforms.
  • Proven track record of improving retention and LTV.
  • Hands-on with CRM tools like Clevertap, WebEngage, MoEngage, Braze.
  • Strong analytical skills with SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI.
  • Experience in segmentation, personalization, and campaign optimization.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
