Facilitate billing baseline adjustments to AMU calculations.
Organize workflow for AMU adjustments and normalization.
Participate in weekly performance reviews across clients for upcoming adjustments.
Develop processes to manage AMU adjustments and prioritization.

🎯 Requirements

1-3 years data analysis, financial acumen, understanding of utility bills.
Experience in energy/utility industry preferred.
Understanding of utility billing, rate structures, tariffs preferred.
Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
Demonstrated customer service and cross-team collaboration.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
