Customer Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Own the customer story pipeline end-to-end: source, interview, draft narratives
• Ship assets in multiple formats: case studies, videos, talks, podcasts
• Build reference and advocacy programs for sales and customers
• Activate customers in launches, events, analyst briefings, press moments
• Turn stories into pipeline with talk tracks, references, and webinars
• Build voice-of-customer feedback loop for product, PMM, and comms

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6+ years in customer marketing, product marketing, or content marketing
• Built reference, advocacy, or customer-champion programs from scratch
• Strong writing; turn engineer interviews into stories for tech buyers
• Comfortable with technical customers (engineers/AI/ML)
• Able to ship stories quickly with quality and momentum
• Cross-functional partner across Sales, PMM, Comms, Product, CS
