📋 Description

• Build and own Halter's launch motion in South America
• Own regional launch outcomes for Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil
• Establish playbook, rhythm, and standards for launches
• Adapt global launch frameworks to South American ranching
• Monitor risk indicators and protect customer outcomes
• Travel regularly to the field to ground decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading and developing teams in onboarding, deployment, or operations
• Track record of owning outcomes (commercial or operational)
• Builder's mentality; comfortable with ambiguity
• Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a bonus)
• Willingness to travel and spend meaningful time in the field
• Agriculture or cattle ranching experience, especially grazing systems
