• Help clients understand needs and match features to goals

• Work with engineers and product specialists for tech support

• Experience in customer-facing roles (CS/PM/consulting)
• Excellent spoken and written English and German; strong listening
• Self-motivated; global clients; find savvy solutions
• Care for clients; strong project and time management
• Passion for measuring outreach and follow-up results
