  • Lead customer onboarding projects to accelerate Time to Value and ensure retention.
  • Collaborate with internal tech teams to train customers on Insider’s platform.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels to understand goals.
  • Drive early adoption by setting KPIs and ROI metrics.
  • Advocate for customer use cases with the product development team.
  • Oversee smooth transitions to the Customer Success & Support post-onboarding.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in SaaS project management and client onboarding.
  • PM qualifications such as Agile, PMP, or Prince2 are a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and business fluency in English.
  • Time and task management skills.
  • Proven ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Product Feed is an advantage.
