📋 Description

  • Own deployments from sales handoff to the customer team transition
  • Travel to estancias across Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil to deploy Halter
  • Work with producers to deploy Halter and support daily use
  • Lead practical, operation-specific training
  • Be the main contact during deployment, providing a clear owner
  • Coordinate deployments with Sales, Support, Product, and Operations

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience with customers onboarding, supporting, deploying, or managing complex rollouts
  • Comfortable with travel and field work
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, Portuguese is a bonus
  • Ability to coordinate moving pieces and keep things progressing without constant oversight
  • Practical, solutions-focused mindset
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and keeping everyone aligned
