5–10 years in PM, construction PM, owner’s rep, or customer delivery.
Strong EPC and GC process knowledge (RFIs, submittals, procurement, sequencing).
Ability to work with engineering teams and communicate at executive level.
Assess cost, schedule, technical, contractual, and operational impacts of changes.
Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
Highly organized; manage multiple decisions, timelines, and workstreams.
