Customer Relations Manager

📋 Description

• Manage new client setup and account maintenance
• Coordinate quotes, proposals, and project kickoff
• Mentor maintenance of client accounts and support lab mission
• Handle client communications and issue follow-up
• Collaborate with operations, QA, and subcontract labs
• Support documentation, POs, and contract reviews

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA in Chemistry/Sciences or 4 years equivalent
• Minimum 3 years client relationship or customer service
• English proficiency required
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely
• Experience with LIMS, SharePoint, or SantSuite
• Strong communication and project coordination skills
