📋 Description

• Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and/or email in a timely
• Advise walk-in clients about service information and project preparation.
• Maintain an overview of projects in PLM/TEM/IAQ that need login or client communication.
• Unpack shipments and document receipt of sample.
• Update client and project data records in LIMS and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with lab/operations to resolve client inquiries and improve processes.

🎯 Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience 1-2 years
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Active listening
• Client-focus
• Computer literate (Office Suite, Adobe PDF, CRM)
