Customer Risk Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Review risk alerts from risk systems
• Investigate fraud, scams, and money mule activity
• Handle user- and partner-reported suspicious cases
• Perform account reviews and transaction checks per procedures
• Escalate high-risk or complex cases to senior risk/compliance/AML
• Coordinate with Support, Compliance, and Partners for case resolution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 1-3 years in Risk Operations, Fraud Operations, or related roles
• Fintech/e-wallet/banking/crypto experience preferred
• Familiarity with fraud/money mule investigations advantageous
• Strong attention to detail; identify suspicious activity
• Proficient with operational tools, spreadsheets, and case management
