• Handle inquiries in a high pace environment
• Manage complaints with professional attitude
• Answer calls on multi-line phone station
• Operate office equipment and airport systems as needed
• Coordinate service orders and maintain accurate databases

🎯 Requirements

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
• Valid CA Driver’s license and clean driving record
• 2+ Years of Customer Service Experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to push/pull/lift 50 lbs for extended periods
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
