Customer Service Exit Booth Agent (Pittsburgh Airport)

📋 Description

• Verify customer documents and driver’s licenses; request additional docs when needed
• Assist customers in selecting vehicles and handle exchanges to meet business needs
• Offer additional products such as prepaid fuel and toll passes; address questions
• Finalize rental agreements, explain charges, and provide accurate receipts
• Inspect returned vehicles for damages, mileage, and fuel; maintain a clean workstation
• Work 40 hours/week with day/evening shifts; travel 5-10%, some by airplane

🎯 Requirements

• Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED; 1+ year of customer service
• Licenses & Authorization: At least 18; valid driver’s license with clean record; authorized to
• Computer Skills: Basic computer navigation; MS Office
• Work Hours & Travel: 40 hours/week; travel 5-10%
• Uniform & Language: Willing to wear a company uniform; foreign language skills are a plus
