• Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take/process orders
• Eye-hand coordination; enter orders using keyboard or touch screen
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Stand/walk for most tasks; repetitive tasks; ability to handle varying temperatures and conditions
