Customer Service Rep I

📋 Description

• Provide world-class service to physicians, nurses, and staff
• Assist with onboarding and registration for eCommerce platforms
• Serve as liaison between customers and IT teams
• Troubleshoot, communicate status, and guide resolution steps
• Document incidents and resolutions in ticketing system
• Escalate complex issues to technical teams

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Attention to detail and multitasking
• Ability to adapt to changing processes
• Strong organizational skills
• Preferred: medical device/pharma experience and Salesforce
