📋 Description

• Manage 50-100 call interactions per day including inbound and outbound calls
• Resolve inquiries to meet service levels
• Partner with sales and other operational departments to complete orders
• Deliver an excellent customer experience in a professional manner

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Experience with MS Office
• Attention to detail and multitasking
• Effective communication skills
• Associate Degree OR High School Diploma with relevant experience
