  • Support English and Spanish via phone and email.
  • Handle high-volume, phone-heavy support up to 8 hours daily.

  • Resolve cases promptly in our ticketing system.
  • Adapt quickly to new processes and help improve FAQs and workflows.

🎯 Requirements

  • Must be based in Argentina.
  • Minimum 2 years in high-volume customer service or call center.
  • English and Spanish proficiency; strong spoken and written.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 100 Mbps Wi-Fi wired with Ethernet and a backup internet source.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
