Customer Service Representative - French and English (Interim)

📋 Description

• Engage with buyers and sellers to resolve queries and disputes via chat, email, phone, and social
• Mediates between customers to find win-win solutions in disputes.
• Provide timely, accurate responses to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Work 40 hours per week on a hybrid schedule in Lisbon, with at least two days in the office.
• Interim fixed-term contract for 7 months starting September 2026, with possible extension.

🎯 Requirements

• 1 to 4 years of direct experience in Customer Service or Content Moderation (Live Channels valued).
• Professional speaking and writing skills in French and English; strong communication.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Prior experience in customer service or related roles (hospitality, tourism, retail, call-centre).
• Ability to switch between channels (phone, email) and collaborate with other teams.
• Willing to commute to Lisbon office and work in the office at least 2 days/week; available for some
