Work with members, brokers, providers, and Oscar vendors across multiple channels
Manage an assigned caseload and maintain service delivery, productivity, and quality
Escalate and resolve issues to ensure timely turnaround
Support leadership by identifying issues through established escalation paths
Comply with operational, regulatory, and PHI-related standards

🎯 Requirements

1+ years in a high-volume or customer-focused setting
6+ months of healthcare experience
High school diploma or GED
