🎯 Requirements

Active FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses with 1+ year broker experience in equities, margin, options.
Series 24 and supervisory experience welcome but not required.
Clean regulatory record with no Disclosure Events.
Excellent customer service, written, and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with front-end mobile trading applications.
Ability to quickly build rapport and credibility with clients.
