Support one of our public utility clients
Work at home 2 days and onsite 3 days/week at Tysons Corner Center, McLean VA
Excellent frontline customer service with dedicated leaders and peers
Must have full availability to work various shifts and weekends

🎯 Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Full-time availability
Driven by solving problems and meeting goals
Familiar with Microsoft Office
