Customer Service Supervisor

📋 Description

• Supervise warehouses supporting distribution, manufacturing, or site services in Lake County
• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and global trade standards
• Maintain readiness for audits and ensure safety and product integrity
• Direct daily operations to meet goals and KPI targets
• Coordinate schedules and resources for the department
• Engage with internal/external customers and resolve queries

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5+ years related experience
• 5+ years supervisory or relevant experience
• Must attain Controlled Drug Agent status (security screening and training)
• Ability to read and understand procedures in English
