📋 Description

• Be at the center of the customer journey for Lebanon brands
• Handle WhatsApp conversations with empathy and speed
• Manage orders and coordinate with fulfillment/delivery partners
• Qualify cancellation reasons and recover orders when possible
• Maintain accurate customer/order data in shared sheets
• Support with outbound reviews and upsell opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Lebanese national based in Lebanon; native Arabic with strong English & French
• Experience with Shopify and e-commerce brands in Lebanon
• CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets
• Comfortable phone communication; upsell and objection handling
• Polite, organized, empathetic, and proactive

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary $250–$350 monthly; bonuses for orders above target
• Working hours 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM with a 2-hour break
• Clear progression to Senior/Head of Customer Service
• Exposure to multi-brand operations in Lebanon and GCC
