Customer Solution Architect — Arango AI Product Suite

📋 Description

• Own the technical customer relationship from discovery to production deployment and expansion.
• Lead discovery with executives and teams to map AI use cases to business outcomes.
• Design target architectures using multimodel data, graph schemas, and GraphRAG retrieval.
• Define success criteria, SLAs/SLOs, governance, and phased delivery paths.
• Build reference implementations covering graph models, connectors, GraphRAG pipelines, APIs, and
• Guide customers through secure, observable production deployments (CI/CD, IaC, monitoring).

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering, solution architecture, or technical services.
• Deep expertise in graph data modeling, queries, knowledge graphs, GraphRAG, and retrieval for LLMs.
• Strong Python and applied AI skills; solid data structures, systems design, concurrency, networking.
• Experience with graph, NoSQL, key-value, and document databases.
• Hands-on with LLMs and tools (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, Hugging Face, LangChain, function/tool
• Expertise in vector tech (FAISS, pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate) and hybrid graph/vector retrieval.
