Customer Solution Architect

📋 Description

• Own the technical customer relationship through discovery, solution design, pilots, deployment, and
• Lead discovery sessions with executives and technical teams to identify high-value AI use cases and
• Design target architectures using multimodel data platforms, graph schemas, knowledge graphs, and
• Define success criteria, SLAs/SLOs, governance, data access controls, and phased delivery plans
• Build reference implementations covering graph models, data connectors, GraphRAG pipelines, APIs
• Guide customers in secure, observable production deployments (CI/CD, IaC, testing, monitoring

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or technical
• Deep hands-on expertise in graph data modeling, graph queries, graph algorithms, knowledge graphs
• Strong Python and applied AI skills; solid understanding of data structures, systems design
• Experience with graph, NoSQL, key-value, and document databases; multi-model database experience
• Hands-on with modern LLMs and AI frameworks (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, Hugging Face, LangChain
• Cloud and container technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker/Kubernetes, Terraform/CloudFormation, and
