Customer Success – Analytics & Insights Intern

📋 Description

• Support presentations for Indonesia-based clients and turn data findings into visuals.
• Prepare performance decks, category snapshots, and analyses from NIQ data.
• Develop knowledge of NielsenIQ RMS and related solutions.
• Collaborate with the Consulting Lead and Customer Success Executive on client workstreams.
• Ensure deliverables are accurate, consistent and well-documented.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or
• Interest in analytics, insights, or market research.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and clear, logical presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; able to work in a virtual, multicultural team.
