📋 Description

  • Partner with enterprise customers in CEE to drive platform adoption.
  • Onboard and enable customers across ElevenLabs products.
  • Analyze product usage to identify friction and boost adoption.
  • Own commercial outcomes: quota, renewals, cross-sell.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and CS leadership to scale revenue.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years of CS or AM in B2B SaaS/AI tools in the CEE region.
  • Proven revenue ownership: quota, cross-sell and renewals.
  • Strong understanding of the CEE market landscape and cultural nuances.
  • Experience building and deploying AI agents.
  • Experience with API integrations and navigating SDKs.
  • Fluent in Polish and English.
