Customer Success Coordinator - French Speaker (VIE Contract)

📋 Description

• Act as facilitator for customers' successful program implementation
• Provide operational management of EcoVadis programs
• Support customers in adjusting processes for sustainability outcomes
• Demonstrate platform and deliver trainings to customers
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Sales to resolve issues
• Identify process improvements and new product applications

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in customer support or account management
• Formal education in related field preferred
• Fluent French and English required; German/Spanish/Italian a plus
• Strong Excel and data analytics; able to summarize data
• Organized, autonomous, and time-friendly
• Tech-literate with Google Suite, Salesforce, MS Office
