Support customers in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
Manage operational aspects of customers’ EcoVadis programs
Coordinate with global Account Managers on implementation and regional delivery
Provide platform demos, reports, trainings, and data analyses
Maintain proactive customer relationships and resolve issues
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and create value

🎯 Requirements

Customer support experience, preferably with large accounts
Formal education in supply chain, sustainability, or business
Excellent written and spoken German and English
Polish language a plus
Strong Excel and data analysis skills
Good organizational skills; autonomous and time‑management oriented
