  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships in China to grow the business.
  • Collaborate with sales and support to ensure smooth pre- and post-sales product adoption.
  • Manage large accounts, preserve and develop them; communicate product updates.
  • Conduct discovery calls to identify issues and relay feedback to product team.
  • Provide technical guidance to customers and deliver demos and documentation.
  • Travel for on-site visits, conferences and events as needed.

  • Strong pre-sales experience; able to demo and pitch product value.
  • Technical competence with a business-focused, customer-oriented approach.
  • Hands-on experience in programming, QA, system administration, or release automation.
  • 5+ years of customer-facing experience in sales/solutions/customer success engineering.
  • Fluent English communication (verbal and written).
  • Native Chinese language skills.
  • Able to travel up to 20%; comfortable with in-person/remote demos.
  • Proven ability to drive discussions with technical and non-technical audiences.
