📋 Description

• Provide advanced technical support via Zendesk tickets and customer calls.
• Troubleshoot urgent issues including incidents and production problems.
• Analyze logs, customer codebases, and infra configs to find root causes.
• Offer architectural guidance for enterprise WordPress deployments.
• Apply expertise in WordPress core concepts, themes, plugins, and WP-CLI.
• Read and troubleshoot code in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

🎯 Requirements

• Based in the United States and able to pass background checks.
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles within enterprise support.
• Strong hands-on WordPress experience and codebase knowledge.
• Proficiency with PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, DNS, domain management, reverse proxies, Git, SVN.
• Experience with software engineering practices and cloud infra.
