📋 Description

• Provide advanced technical support via Zendesk tickets and calls
• Troubleshoot urgent issues including incidents and production problems
• Analyze logs, codebases, app behavior, and infra configurations
• Offer architectural guidance for enterprise WordPress deployments
• Read and troubleshoot code across PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve high-impact customer problems

🎯 Requirements

• Based in United States, citizenship and background checks required
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role in enterprise support
• Strong WordPress expertise: codebase, themes, plugins, WP-CLI
• Proficient in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Strong web tech: REST APIs, HTTP, DNS, reverse proxies, Git, SVN
• Experience with software engineering practices and cloud infrastructure
