📋 Description

• Provide advanced technical support and consultation via tickets, calls, and other channels.
• Troubleshoot urgent technical issues including incidents and production problems.
• Analyze logs, codebases, and infra configs to diagnose issues.
• Offer architectural guidance for enterprise WordPress deployments.
• Apply deep WordPress knowledge: core concepts, themes, plugins, block editor, e-commerce, WP-CLI
• Read and troubleshoot code in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based in the United States, hold U.S. citizenship, and pass background checks.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role in enterprise support or similar.
• Strong hands-on WordPress expertise: codebase, themes, plugins, WP-CLI, hooks, imports.
• Proficiency with PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Solid web tech knowledge: REST APIs, HTTP, DNS, proxies, Git/SVN.
• Experience with software engineering practices and cloud infra.
