📋 Description

• Provide advanced technical support via Zendesk, tickets, and calls.
• Troubleshoot complex issues including incidents and production problems.
• Analyze logs, codebases, and infra configs to diagnose issues.
• Offer architectural guidance for enterprise WordPress deployments.
• Apply deep WordPress knowledge: themes, plugins, block editor, WP-CLI, hooks.
• Read and troubleshoot PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS code.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based in the United States, U.S. citizenship, and pass background checks.
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles in enterprise support.
• Strong hands-on WordPress expertise: core concepts, themes, plugins, WP-CLI.
• Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, DNS, proxying, Git, SVN.
• Experience with software engineering practices and cloud infra.
