📋 Description

• Provide advanced technical support via Zendesk, tickets, calls
• Troubleshoot complex incidents and production issues
• Analyze logs and customer codebases for root causes
• Offer architectural guidance for WordPress deployments
• Deep WordPress knowledge: core, themes, plugins, WP-CLI, hooks
• Read/write code in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS

• Strong WordPress expertise (core, themes, plugins, WP-CLI)
• Proficient in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP, DNS, proxies, Git/SVN
• Experience with software engineering practices and cloud infra
