Customer Success Engineer, VIP

📋 Description

• Provide advanced technical support and consultation through Zendesk tickets, calls, and channels.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, incidents, and production problems.
• Investigate code-level issues via logs, codebases, and infra configs.
• Offer architectural guidance for enterprise WordPress deployments.
• Apply deep WordPress knowledge: core concepts, themes, plugins, WP-CLI, hooks, imports.
• Read and troubleshoot code in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based in the United States, US citizen, able to pass background checks.
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles, esp. enterprise support.
• Strong WordPress expertise: codebase, themes, plugins, block editor, WP-CLI, hooks.
• Proficient in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, DNS, domain mgmt, reverse proxies, Git, SVN.
• Experience with software engineering practices and cloud infra.
