📋 Description

• Provide advanced technical support via Zendesk, calls, and channels.
• Troubleshoot urgent technical issues, incidents, and production problems.
• Analyze logs, customer codebases, and infra to diagnose issues.
• Offer architectural guidance for enterprise WordPress deployments.
• Leverage WordPress core concepts, themes, plugins, block editor, e-commerce, WP-CLI, hooks, and
• Read and troubleshoot code in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based in the United States with citizenship and background checks.
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles, enterprise support, or solutions engineering.
• Strong WordPress expertise: codebase, themes, plugins, block editor, WP-CLI, hooks, imports.
• Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, DNS, domain management, reverse proxies, Git, SVN.
• Experience with software engineering practices and cloud infra.
