📋 Description

• Provide advanced technical support and consultation via Zendesk tickets, calls, and other channels.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and incidents with urgency.
• Investigate code-level issues using logs, customer codebases, and infra configurations.
• Offer architectural guidance for enterprise WordPress deployments focusing on scalability
• Apply deep WordPress knowledge: core concepts, themes, plugins, block editor, e-commerce, WP-CLI
• Review code across PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS to diagnose issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based in the United States, hold U.S. citizenship, and pass background checks.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on WordPress expertise: codebase, themes, plugins, block editor, WP-CLI, hooks
• Proficiency reading/writing code with PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Strong web tech knowledge: REST APIs, HTTP, DNS, domain management, reverse proxies, Git/SVN.
• Experience with software engineering practices, cloud infrastructure, build/test processes.
