  • Act as the POC for major customer incidents through resolution.

  • Strong technical aptitude to learn use cases and architectural requirements for Ping solutions.
  • Proven track record driving issues to resolution for customers.
  • Experience with enterprise-level customers.
  • Knowledge of software development processes and design methodologies.
