Customer Success Implementation Manager

📋 Description

• Cross-functional onboarding hand-off with Sales; smooth transition to CS
• Launch tech ops: manage, execute, and troubleshoot client launches
• Systems optimization: improve tools, docs, and readiness
• Launch evaluation: track readiness and assess launch success
• Central point of contact: main liaison for cross-functional launch issues
• Client engagement: lead customer-facing calls for on-time launches

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a high-growth environment in Implementation/Operations/CS
• Experience in employer-sponsored health benefits space
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to innovate and solve problems collaboratively
• Experience with Salesforce, Jira, and Asana preferred
