  • Partner with enterprise customers to build and deploy agents on the ElevenLabs Agents Platform.
  • Guide customers on deploying and scaling agents across web, mobile, and telephony.
  • Analyze agent performance data and logs to identify friction and optimize UX and reliability.
  • Own expansion outcomes across a defined portfolio; drive multi-product adoption.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and drive cross-sell with Sales, Engineering, CS.
  • Work in a remote or distributed team to deliver durable revenue growth.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5-7 years in Customer Success or Account Management for complex B2B SaaS in Japan
  • Familiarity with building and deploying AI agents
  • Experience with API Integrations; comfortable with SDKs
  • Proven revenue outcomes; owns quota and cross-sell opportunities
  • Strong problem-solving, technical, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication; ability to build relationships at all levels
