📋 Description

  • Build trusting strategic relationships with customer decision makers to understand objectives

  • Monitor usage patterns and identify optimization opportunities to maximize value

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in customer-facing roles (CS, consulting, etc.)
  • Experience with consumption- and seat-based models and expansion levers
  • Technical fluency for AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation
  • Strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities and actionable plans
  • Cross-functional collaborator who represents the customer well
  • Fluency in English and Korean
