📋 Description

• Serve as strategic advisor to empower organizations to transform their work through Appian’s
• Understand customers' goals, cultivate stakeholder relationships, and drive progress against key
• Identify risks to customer success and drive mitigation and upsell opportunities.
• Develop joint roadmaps and success plans delivering measurable outcomes and sustained impact.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners and guide teams with agile practices.
• Communicate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and C‑level executives to ensure alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a technical field.
• 10+ years in technology or technical consulting.
• Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor and drive measurable business value.
• Understanding of enterprise platforms and how to solve business problems.
• Excellent consulting, communication, and presentation skills with executive audiences.
• Strong organization and project management with attention to detail.
