📋 Description

• Onboard new customers with a v1 playbook within 30 days
• Build AI-enabled CS workflows using data from tools like ChurnZero, Salesforce, Gong
• Define adoption benchmarks and surface at-risk accounts before renewals
• Identify high-impact PLG plays to drive expansion
• Lead executive reviews with government and financial institutions
• Design scalable CS infrastructure and tooling for future growth

🎯 Requirements

• Background in cyber or cyber threat intel, or regulatory/compliance
• 5+ years in onboarding, CS, deployment, or post-sale with NR/GRR/expansion ownership
• Domain credibility in cyber or national security
• Zero-to-one builder experience in CS function or PLG motion
• Production AI fluency with measurable outputs
• Independent, proactive, with strong executive presence
