Customer Success Manager

📋 Description

• Own customer relationships with utility partners to maximize adoption of grid monitoring solutions.
• Lead onboarding, training, and enablement for successful workflow adoption.
• Interpret grid events, improve response strategies, and create troubleshooting docs.
• Design pilot programs with objectives and KPIs to demonstrate value.
• Create training materials, resources, webinars, and workshops for customers.
• Develop strategies to improve adoption, satisfaction, retention, and engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in customer success, program management, or related roles within electric utility or grid
• Strong understanding of electric grid operations, dispatch processes, and field workflows.
• Proven experience managing complex relationships and driving adoption.
• Excellent communication to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills with a customer focus.
• Experience creating training programs, documentation, and success plans.
