  • Client-centric mindset with experience delivering tailored solutions
  • Excellent Dutch and English communication; French a plus
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels including C-suite
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects (Product, Sales, Engineering, Data)
  • Analytical with data-driven reporting skills
