  • Onboard clients and guide platform setup, dashboards, and alerts.
  • Help clients interpret narrative and social listening data for communications strategy.
  • Build and deliver client-facing reports with platform insights and emerging trends.
  • Serve as primary contact for client questions, training, and ongoing support.
  • Manage renewals and identify opportunities to expand platform usage.
  • Relay client feedback to product teams for improvements.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Background in PR, communications, or media relations (agency environment).
  • Experience producing or presenting client-facing reports or insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with client-facing style.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Preferred: experience with social listening tools (Meltwater, Brandwatch, Sprout).
  • Experience with corporate/enterprise-level clients.
