Customer Success Manager

📋 Description

• Lead onboarding and adoption of delivery platforms and workflows
• Manage engagement delivery throughout lifecycle and handoff
• Maintain milestone calendars and identify bottlenecks
• Coordinate with clients, strategy, and creative teams
• Track output, revisions, and risks to timelines
• Manage budgets, scope, and financial tracking

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years in client management, PM, or account coordination in digital marketing/creative/agency
• Experience with creative delivery, especially video production
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a high-volume environment
• Experience onboarding clients to platforms/workflows and troubleshooting basics
• Knowledge of budgets, scope, financial tracking, and risk identification
• Excellent written and verbal communication
